UnGym by The Absolute Yin
UnGym is a desktop and mobile-ready training app built by The Absolute Yin for people who want structure, discipline, and measurable progress without depending on a traditional gym. It creates personalised, equipment-optional workouts that can be done at home, outdoors, at work, or wherever training is possible. With exercise demonstrations, XP, streaks, achievements, reports, and shareable completion certificates, UnGym turns simple daily practice into a clear path of physical discipline and long-term consistency.
Currently available as a Progressive Web App . Android APK planned.
UnGym removes the usual friction from training: no complex planning, no gym dependency, no commuting, no traffic, and no waiting for equipment. It gives users two clear paths: start instantly with Surprise Me Mode, or build a more personalised workout through Focus Mode.
Start immediately with a random, no-equipment workout. This mode is built for users who do not want to plan, filter, or think too much - just press start and let the algorithm surprise them.
Create more targeted workouts using your saved preferences or templates, including body focus, training style, equipment, environment, intensity, favourites, and avoided exercise categories.
Follow clear demonstrations directly inside the workout page. UnGym is designed to make training easier to understand, especially when trying new movements and exercises.
Earn XP, build streaks, complete workouts, earn certificates, and track your training consistency over time. Every session adds to your long-term physical discipline.
Unlock achievements, review your training history, monitor your progress, and generate reports that show how your discipline develops over time and in which areas you focus most.
Use UnGym at home, outdoors, at work, or while travelling. The app is currently available as a Progressive Web App and can be easily added to your phone’s home screen.
UnGym follows a simple training flow: choose your mode, complete the guided workout, and let the app track your consistency over time. Each session includes structure, demonstrations, timers, rest periods, and progression, so the user can focus on training instead of planning.
Use Surprise Me Mode when you want to start immediately, or Focus Mode when you want a more personalised workout based on your saved preferences.
UnGym will create a structured workout session with exercise demos, timers, rest periods, and clear progression from one movement to the next.
After each session, UnGym records your progress through XP, streaks, achievements, reports & completion certificates, to help you stay consistent.
